Yard required to Rent - Hertfordshire

I'm looking to relocate my successful and professional full livery business within Hertfordshire. Existing, professional liveries with minimal coming and going. Need 11 (ish) boxes or more - would be happy to take a number of DIY boxes or to rent a block of stables at an existing yard and sharing facilities. Turnout and good school required. Would be willing to invest in right set-up.
