Long story but frustrated at my current yard, i have been there 10 years so although im tempted to move it has to be for the right place.

Also we are tempted to move house so going further a field wouldnt bother us, the only things we have to consider is work and my mum ( she would kill me if she didnt get to see her grand daughter at least twice a week!)

Problem is i have 4 horses, with riders, we almost moved a while ago and i was going to leave 2 of them at the current yard and just take my main riding horse and our little welsh for my daughter.
So maybe space for 4 but most likely 2.

As well as being on the yard i also rent a separate field next door so i have the option of extra turn out, so id hopefully wont the option of 24 hour turn out as well as nice stables, hacking and school.

So any ideas?
North Somerset?
Word of mouth always better than adverts!

if you google map you will see a school between rowberrow and shipham, its out the back of shipham does anyone know if this is a livery yard?

I like rowberrow, so around shipham/ mendipd, but also consider going more towards Weston.

i dont know off the top of my head yards out shipham way etc. im weston, outskirts of weston would be better, wick st laurence etc, further in town is going down hill these days!

theres Blackdown liveries in Shipham. fairly recently been taken over new management. think they do mainly full liveries but they are literally 2mins from rowberrow woods, they have a indoor and t/o. used to be owned by the Urches (David and Ginny). they most likely to have spaces as quite a few stables there x

Ive also heard through the grapevine that people are leaving that yard as new people want to operate it differently to the last owners.
