yard share in Nottingham

i currently share a yard with another lady who is leaving in month for summer grazing to reduce costs and workloads and have space to share with upto 3 other horses. I currently have 3 well behaved geldings, 2 ponies and a horse.

We have excellent facilities

all year round grazing (though not 24 hour) with good draining fields

Floodlit all weather 60 x 40 menage with jumps

excellent stables with automatic drinkers, full lights (even over gateway of winter field) secure tack room individual feedrooms, kettle etc

Excellent quality hay, haylage and straw delivered

this is not livery and involves share of costs and duties including turn outs, muck picking (summer only) and keeping yard tidy. works out very reasonable cost wise.

I am looking for a like minded person who puts the welfare of their horses 1st eg likes a rountine and puts horses interest 1st. With well behaved horses/ponies

I am happy for mares or geldings as mine are all very laid back and have mixed with both. I am located in the woodborough area.

Can I just confirm that these are excellent facilities, dodgy people though (ducks for cover!

) - I am joking! And you would be able to admire the lovely Donks and Buck on a daily basis (we have the yard backing onto Dancer99's)
