Yard wanted

I'm looking to start a livery yard in West Yorkshire but REALLY struggling to find somewhere that doesn't have a ridiculously priced multiple bedroom house attached! Continuously looking online but no luck. I'm looking for somewhere to rent or buy. Doesn't need to be in good condition as OH is a builder. Ideally potential for 10+ stables and sufficient land. If anybody knows of anywhere suitable please get in touch! Thanks

There May have been a riding school for sale in Bradford on rural scene last time i looked. Dont know the place or whether it had a house on etc etc so May be useless info!!
