My livery bills have been wrong for the ast two months. Last month over charged and told I had the extra bedding. This month the bedding was twice what I had. I had to agrue and eventually they agreed they had made a mistake. Last month 4 liveries left cause this happened to them amongst other things. What would you do.

The yard is nice with good facilities. 20x40, 20x60 individual turnout.

I am suprised considering the fuss last month that this has happened and am thinking of looking for a new yard. I work away a lot and cant check when stuff is delivered easily. I have been at home for the last month in eves so have been able to check it.

Sorry its long, thanks for your help

I owuld keep note of everything you use and how much it costs. It is just not right to start overcharging bedding by double..
Talk to the YO. If this does not stop then move. You cant afford to be overcharged. Its very cheeky if its being done when you are away too.

If it's a great yard in every other way and your horse is happy and settled, I'd just keep a note of everything in my diary. Then at the end of the month you've got a comprehensive record. Job done!

I agree. If the yard works for you in every other way then why have the upheaval of moving as long as you can sort this out?
