Would people be able to tell me the yards that they kow around Loughborugh in the surrounding villages? im new to the area and know of a few but want to get a list of them all and go check them all it next weekend to find a suitable yard to move my horse to as im moving house in the summer and need my boy closer than where he is now. I would like to be 15-20 min hacking distance of woodhouse Eaves. I would like a yard that has: Locked and Alarmed tack room, Nice size stables, Maybe able to have me dog with me (on lead is fine), maybe to have hay and straw included, DIY with assisted DIY if needed. Thanks Debbie

Maybe pop to Riseholme feeds and look at the ads there?

There is a yard there too and one opposite (Home Farm) which aren't too far from Loughborough (East Leake area).

There are spaces at my wee yard too but it's probably too far for you ( Bradmore, Notts).

I'm not sure if this is too far, but i used to keep my horse in markfield road within hacking distance of bradgate park. its called tangletree yard and its right off the road with loads of really good grazing, all year round including 24/7 in the summer. huuuge stables 15x15. 30x60 menage and horsewalker and gallop. pm me if you want the number.

Tangletrees is full atm and he had a waiting list when I asked last. I have tried local tack shops and internet but was wondering if anyone was at any yards that arent really heard of. Im over that end of Loughborugh but work Leic side and want to live Leic side so wated to move my horse over that direction. I know of Hall farm in Swithland, Tangle trees- markfield, a few yards Ratby side of Copt oak but thats too far away really. Juliets- Quorn but thats too expensive, Woodside Farm- Quorn which is brill yard but they dont have a menage yet. anyone know about he yard opposite the Bulls Head in WoodHouse Evase?

ok, have u been in the farm shop along the same road as tangle tree? because there are lots of adverts in there and last time i went in i noticed a good one but cant remember the name or anything. worth a look in riseholme feeds as well.
