Have to admit, I dont know many good yards at all in chislehurst. I was stabled at both Kemnal Manor and The Piggeries in chislehurst, not sure if kemnal have vaccancies. I wouldnt touch the piggeries ever again (its called caedewood now).
Can your friend not look at the swanley area, im stabled in swanley/ hextable. My yard's brill but not sure of spaces atm, have noticed really nice surrounding yards though.
