Arrrrh lost out on yet another great yard and loosing all hope in ever finding anything.

Basicly looking for one of either 2 things.
Really were looking for 20+ stables with 10+ acres, nice menage, tack room, feed room. accomodation onsite (happy with mobile home) to run as livery yard. I have years of experience been head groom ran a livery yard for 2 years as a school leaver with my mum. ( She moved away due to marriage break up and i was to young to run on my own)

Or a 8-10 box yard for sole use with 3+ acres, menage and again accomodation.

Its all cash funded so bank loans ect. And were ready to go.

Anybody know of anything or good agents that ive missed. Please point me in he right direction, feeling very deflated yet again.

does anyone know of a yard for rent around guildford area same as other post really. large school, 2 if poss. 20 plus stables, walker accomodation required on site. dont mind if its a mobile but would prefer a house. for livery and competition
 
Ha.. we are looking for a very similar property - feeling a bit disheartened because there just isn't loads at the moment.
Good luck .. although we may be after the same properties..! ;)
