Yards to rent

Does anyone know of any yards to rent as a whole with accommodation? I've got the following ad on loads of places, websites, estate agents and could do with some help locating one.

Professional Lady (40's) looking for sole use of a small yard or farm to rent on a long term basis for Rehoming/Rehabilitation or Livery Business (minimum 3 year contract). Would like to be in Hampshire but anywhere considered.

I have owned/ridden horses for over 25 years and am a very trustworthy, fussy, neat and tidy person with high standards.

I need approx 15 Stables but would consider more, plenty of storage for hay, bedding etc, alarmed tack room, adequate grazing with well maintained fencing (not barbed wire) for up to 15 horses with enough to rotate, sole use of good size all weather floodlit school (indoor would be fab) is vital, hard standing for Lorries/Trailers and mains electric & water supplies. Accommodation is vital that accepts small dogs and good off road hacking would be a huge advantage.

Utilities should ideally be included in rental package.

This does sound like a huge ask but i know the places are out there!!

It would be worth putting a wanted ad in the property section in Horse and Hound as well as registering with estate agents in your search area.
 
OH and myself tried looking for a house with stables and land to in Hants/Surrey, not too big. 10 acres or so and they just dont exist at all!
We found just one in 3 years but the house was really horrid and terrible hacking, we just couldn't make that compromise for a nice yard. Ended up renting a house and then getting livery somewhere else as per normal. So so frustrating!!

I hope you have better luck than we did! Tbh the only place I have ever seen this sort of thing advertised has been in H&H but always up the other end of the country. Otherwise register with all the local land agencies because you never know!
