hi-im new and have joined as im possibly looking to move my horse-this seems the biggest forum for a wide range of regions!
needs to be near newcastle really (or sunderland) which i know isnt a great area so recommendations would be fab!
needs to offer full/part and diy as i mix and match loads!must have turnout accessible year round as my horses health and wellbeing is vital(ideally 24/7 out in summer)!outdoor is a must as is indoor really (we're wimps and you soon get used to them!) off road hacking again would be fab-few roads not too much of an issue as we're 110% in traffic-but theres always the one idiot driver so the fewer risks the better!
not bothered about the people too much-i have been on some very very bithcy yards so used to that and just get on with things-tend to stay out fo the way of everyone!
also must ahve some sort of parking for a van (not trailer but its not a waggon either-its a van conversion)
