Since being diagnosed with a ligament strain, the ned has been at the Physio's yard getting intensive physio. Sadly next week im starting the last year of my part time degree
, so i wont have time for his recovery programme.
I decided that the best way forward was to put him on full livery with exercise to help me and him through the winter. Its a fab yard, who specialise in problem horses, R & R , hunting and p to p, and people have given lots of recommendations for them. They work with the vets to ensure he makes the bestest recovery too (and they have lots of grass which is what many yards are lacking round my place)! And closer to the vets!
Its only about 6 miles from home too! With a lovely school, jumping field, miles of off road hacking (only thing is i will never have to muck out again as they only do full livery
!!!
I just had to share!!
I was soooo worried i wouldnt be able to find somewhere close enough that i could call in and give him a groom when i wanted.
