Took the wee project out today, lunged him first and he was quite energetic, but happy enough. His ground manners are improving too. So rode him round, managed two laps of the school in canter on both reins so getting there. No sign of bucking, a tad lazy, but decided to see how he reacted to jumpes.
So set up some tiny cross poles and one he picked up his feet he jumped them fine.
Overall his flatwork is good, he drops into a contact and just needs to be fitter!
