The horse I have on trial passed the vetting today with flying colours, although a little over weight which was known already nothing was noted on the vetting. To say I'm happy is an understatement, he has been perfect the month I've had him he is my perfect horse. Vet even said I should get out and do a dessage test on him as he tracks up really well and floats :-)))

I'll put pictures on when I've got his weight down, he was kept in for nearly 2 years and hardly in work so it's going to be a slow process but we will get there. I'm determined to have him with me forever so need to get him fit again. He has lost a little in the month I've had him.

Here is the boy :D :D :D

Lovely fella, he's rather like my daughters cob other than being skewbald instead of piebald.
I wouldn't panic over his weight, yes he's heavier than he should be but it's heading in the right direction.
Spring is almost here, you'll soon ride that tummy off :D

We are doing quite a lot of riding already and he's losing it slowly, he will be out at night and kept in in the day soon, no 24hr turnout for him this year. I'll post pictures ( Rockysmum will ;-) ) when he's nice and trim.
