I've bought yea-sacc in bulk because it was so cheap. You only feed a third as much as brewers yeast, because it's a live yeast, so that makes it a real bargain. It also doesn't suffer from quality variation like yeast that's been brewed with.

But I have no need of 125 kilos of it!
