Year ownerversary! *pics!*

So I have had Pete for a year today! I thought I would show some pictures of his progress.

He is an ex-racer.

Here is the second time I rode him - at the welfare centre I permant loaned him from.

On the 1st of Feb, the day after we bought him home.

You can see just how awful and skinny he is here. He looks a right mess! This was in April, after all the snow we suddenly got a couple of days after we got him. He lost weight because the food got all mucked up due to no exercise etc and also change of environment I guess - so he acctually lost weight.

This is in May when we finally had some sunshine. These are some of my fav pictures - even though he has his flymask on - because he has started to put weight on and acctually looks happy.

Not that long after the previous photos - still in May - and remarkably - still sunny! He is on the right with his field companion on the left. I dont know wether you can see but he has lost most of his clip line in this photo too.

This is in August. I seem to have missed summer some where along the line with my camera..too busy riding!

Though I think I have a video of me in summer on him which I am trying to dig out...

Hmm..found the video but it is awful quality and you cant really see him so well so I will scrap that one.

This wasn't that long ago - dont know the exact date but its this year. He's lost all the summer muscle I built up due to 4 weeks no turnout or riding.
