has anyone ever seen these? They're like spongy lumps, no heat or anything, he's not lame or stiff and just on the front of the fetlocks - all 4 legs. They also appear to come and go but haven't noticed it corresponding with any growth spurts. He's out on grass, thats it but was fed foal and youngstock mix with chaff and sugarbeet over the winter as advised by D&H, he's had them about 8 months. Any ideas?

no but there's thistles...... would think the lumps be too big for nettle rash, theres just one big lump about the size of a 2p piece. He's also got the begginnings of an abscess, luckily my lovely farrier came and dug it out and it's now poulticed. grr, youngsters! lol, he's already cost me a damn fortune! lol think he'll be worth it, if he doesn't jump he seriously moves well!

When the joints grow too quickly and the cartlidge laid down doesnt turn into bone properly leaving possible lesions on the joint.
In short OCD
