With all the wet weather is anyone else's yearlings and youngster struggling to battle the baby bugs?

I've got a yearling filly couple of weeks ago it appeared she had a small virus, all 4 legs had oedematous swellings and she had blisters in and around her mouth (in places where they couldn't be simple bite marks) she went on a course of antibiotics for 5 days and even by just half a sachet the swellings had gone down.

She now showing signs of a slight skin infection in a couple of places, I'm treating them and keeping her dry. The vet is coming for annual jabs for another filly so will get her to cast an eye across them on wednesday too. But feeling very sorry for her as she seems to be struggling with the ongoing bad weather and it seems to be knocking her immunity a bit :(
