Here are my two yearlings. The bay is a connie x tb and is 10 months now. The grey is a Welsh B, 11 months and looks like a lama!! Do they look about the right weight for this time of year? Both still half in winter woollies.

Thanks, everyone. I worry about the Welsh Yak. She stands very wide behind. I have a physio coming next week and will ask her to have a look at her posture, but it doesn't look right to me. She also moves with very straight limbs. Maybe it's a Welsh thing, but it doesn't look right to me. I have a video if anyone fancies looking via a PM?

They both look great to me. Mine are all very gangly and ugly right now ( even with my rose tinted spectacles) My 2yo is just yuk.. more giraffe than horse atm

I wouldnt worry too much about your welshie just yet. Yearlings have all sorts of random growth spurts which can make them look off.
