Been at a show all day today. Because our only sensible grooms were at the show with me, I opted to keep PF in her stable all day (yes, he really IS that unreliable and irresponsible) When I went to check up on her and muck out this eve, I noticed to my alarm (yes, paranoid mummy) that she had yellow bogeys in her left nostril. Now, she IS preggers (which is why this is more alarming) but is up to date with flu jab, tet, EHV (needs her last one in late Nov) etc. I'm HOPING the bogeys are caused by dust created by the shavings that arrived yesterday and have been kicked up by 30 odd horses.
What do you guys think? Obviously if she's snotty again tomorrow I will call the vet.
