Yey, loaded my horse today!

I did some loading practise this morning - my horse is notoriously bad at loading!!

Anyway after spending about an hour and having made no more progress that both front feet on the ramp I tried my friend's pressure halter on him and within five minutes he was walking in and out like a pro!!! WOW!!

I wasn't going to try the pressure halter as he is very sensitive over his poll and so doesn't like it usually but as he had his poll guard on it took the pressure off the poll so it only acted across his nose and worked a treat!

I just couldn't believe it, couldn't stop smiling!!!

Well done, loading horses can be such a stressful nightmare!! You'll have to keep it up now!
