I can ride Merlin properly again...... or so the vet says (not accounting for my lack of ability)!!!

I have been told to go ahead and put him back into normal work

After 18months of treating him like he will break at any minute (arthritis in one fetlock due to very old injury, like before I even had him, and a dose of spavins) we have come to the conclusion that he will be fine.

Just need to sort out some confidence now, as mine has evaporated

Just making rock cakes at the moment, but the kids wont let me put cherries in!!!
