Yippeeee finally competed today...

Ok was starting to get really depressed with all the shows in our area being cancelled due to this c&*p weather. Found out that bicton college was doing un aff show jumping so gave it a shot, was only small stuff 2ft up to 3ft3 on the outdoor school, but my god it was great to get out there and see those funny round coloured things!!!! Courses certainly tested the ability to remember them,

(compass & map wouldn't have gone a miss)!!!!!! But worth a visit if ur stuck on what to do on a rainy day!!!!

Sound like fun!

I was supposed to be competing tomorrow but I have decided to withdraw.

The show is still on, but I have a 4x4 and trailer and the roads are really narrow to the show centre. We have had so much rain round here I don't was to risk having to do a three point turn with a trailer on a narrow lane to avoid a flood.

I really wanted to go as well as its been over a month since we last competed, but I don't want to risk horsey.

Still, I've entered for the next one in two weeks so not long to wait.
