Sorry if this is a bit long winded.
I'm truly a little miffed at the minute, I really like my YM, we are such a small yard that we have over the past 2 years become what I thought was pretty good friends, me and hubby have often had meals out with her and her partner and such like.
Anyway to the point, I buy my hay in bulk off field and was very grateful that they gave me adequate storage for 300 bales of hay.
A few months back it came to my attention that the other girl on the yard (just the 2 of us) pays £20 per month less than me, so I ask YM why that is, her answer was that I have lots of storage whereas "X" doesn't so thats why. I said OK, I couldn't really argue with that so sunk it.
Just about to get my hay in from field this week, but during summer YM has been using one of the storage containers that I had last winter (that I pay for !!) told her my hay is coming in and when would she move her stuff, ugh ohh she's not moving her stuff I can't use that container anymore as she needs it
So I said well you told me I pay for that do I get a rent reduction then ???? didn't respond to that just said sorry but I need it you'll have to store your hay outside under tarpaulin.
Would you push the point that "I pay for it and should have a reduction" ? or just let it drop as it is a lovely little quiet yard and generally I love it there and my horses are happy ??? what to do
