York and Ainsty South Hunt - Newcomers Day

I have just noticed that they are having a Newcomers Day on Saturday. Anybody know where they are meeting?

Am considering going but very nervous, I haven't hunted for about 15 years and Dylan has never been and does tend to get a little bit excited when in company - fine on pleasure rides etc after the initial look at me bit!

I don't have anyone to go with and my husband, although not an anti (not pro hunt either) would probably come with me and sit in the vehicle after helping me on board.

Should I do it and does anybody fancy babysitting?

The meet is at Hill Top Farm, Stillingfleet. My friend and I are going. We have never been before, and iam also very nervous. We do not no what to expect so ill be making a post on here for a few tips.

I have hunted for the past 12 years so dont qualify as a newcomer either but regularly attend newcomer days with several hunts and act as nanny to either new people i have taken or newcomers who want an escort
