Just wondering if anyone applied for course walk tickets for the Yorkshire International Showjumping event that was recently cancelled. As my computer broke down, i didn't see the email they sent regarding refunds and missed the deadline for my refund of £35.00 for 7 of us to take part in the course walk. I've tried to contact them but without success, looks like they've pinched my £35! Has anyone else struggled to get their money back?
 
If you paid by credit card you can get your money back through the credit card company as they will have a record that you paid the money.
 
I sent a cheque, that's what they requested, the refund time was up on 4 April, didn't see email til 9 April, posted a letter 10 April but no joy. May have to write it off I guess, cheers tho.
 
Was thinking of Trading Standards, I'm sure I won't be the only one it happened to. Will look into it. Thanks for the ideas.
