....you suddenly realise that the Bates and Wintec easy gullet system plates fit both brands of saddle, because IT SAYS BATES AND WINTEC ON THE BLOODY TRIANGLE BOX!!!
Bought a white one for the saddle for Toby, as he is having the Anglos saddle (Wintec), and the anglo is getting the new Bates saddle as it's slightly bigger. The anglo has a red plate currently so it's a tad too narrow for Toby.
Here I was thinking I'd need to track down a Bates one, and my google searches kept coming up with a Wintec one, and on closer inspection, noticed both names!
I think I need a holiday...my brain can't take such revelations anymore...
