After a fairly slow winter it's time to get cracking again. I know I had a great lesson this week as I've been walking like John Wayne for the last three days

When I ache and discover muscles I never knew I had for days after!! When I turn Tilly out after and she has to roll,roll & roll followed by a nose to tail shake....whilst I'm watching laughing/ smiling!!

When your instructor says something and you think
"Of course, that's so obvious, why didn't I realise it before?" and it feels like a light going on.

And also when you dismount and it feels as if your hip joints have been oiled and you are 'rolling' back to the yard!
