You wouldn't have the trouble of meeting other dogs if you lived here! (pics)

I have to say, that reading through the threads on AAD this evening, it makes me realise how lucky I am to live here. It is a complete novelty to meet another person with a dog - actually no one else is mad enough to drive up these lanes in these conditions to walk their dogs like I do anyway!

LOL - enjoy :D

Of course it does have its downsides :( Shooting was cancelled today :(
It costs a fortune to run a 4x4 but necessary and I managed to get into town today to cash a cheque for the beaters wages but the bank was closed due to the weather ( lightweights!), the children couldn't get to school and were really upset about that :( We live at least 5 miles from the nearest gritted road and my old boss tried to visit me this evening as he was in the area and couldn't get up our lane even in his Discovery!

As we speak I am planning on moving to the South of France - who's gonna join me :D

I know how you feel, let's all go to Franch, move in with BooBoos and eat some horse! :D

Our neighbour came and dragged the yard with a tractor today and it has all been filled in already :o

But like you, we live in a place like this - this is a road!

And up the back...

But I do wish I had a 4x4! Just heard someone going past totally gunning the clutch, sounded like a wasp stuck inside a jar!

LMAO - you are welcome anytime :D

See the first picture where Rosie is standing? - well beside her is the lane down to where I keep my horse :o As you can see - no one else braved it up or down there!
