I noticed the other night that my mini struggled to get up the other night, but didn't think much of it. But then he did it again tonight... He rolls right on the banks of the bed and tries to get up on the wall side... It looks like he could easily roll over and get up the other side, but he doesn't. When he did it the other night he scared himself and scrabbled and wiggled up, but tonight (I had just put fresh shavigns down and he was very excited about them!) he just laid there for a moment, so I clicked at him and he wiggled around again and scrabbled up.
Up until last weekend they were both out in a field 24/7 so had no walls to contend with - is he just getting used to being in a stable and not rolling in an open space?
I'm not too worried as hes so small he just wiggles himself round.. Should I be worried though? What can i do to prevent him getting cast? They have already but they aren't that big/firm so hoping that will stop him!
