young eventer - best place to look

Where is the best place to look for a young eventer and what sort of price can one expect to pay - a 5/6year old succesfully completed a few intros this season, straight forward, no hang ups ...
Would you expect a non trade person to be selling such a horse?

If you're anywhere near Leicestershire this might be worth a look. Sarah Cohen rides for Preci Spark so all their youngsters seem to get a good education and be a high standard. Will probably need up to the £10K mark though if its a really good youngster although I'm sure in today's environment the prices are negotiable.
