Young GSD bitch, tan and brown found in Tolworth

Surrey. Just been messages by a friend in FB. Bitch is young, shorthaired, skinny and very friendly. Was taken to Battersea but friend was told that the dog seem really frightened of all the other dogs barking. Anyone know anything? These are all the details I have but if anyone knows any GSD people in Surrey who could help can you pm me? I can at least try to put them in contact with the right people. Is it my imagination or are there a lot of reports of dumped GSD's at the moment..

Remind them to check for ear tattoo. Put her on BIGGSD forum (I think the original rescue wing was founded in Surrey)/Doglost.
