Thanks everyone for all your help. It went really well.
I had a near disaster on setting off. I had loaded Molly and was getting ready to go when my friend noticed a wasp nest in the top of the trailer. I had thoroughly checked the floor, the tyres, the lights but not the roof. We unloaded Molly, got rid of it and reloaded again.
When we arrived she was completely chilled. I went for a coffee and walked the course. I then got her ready and she stayed completely calm. I took her down to the warm-up which was pretty busy and she was still calm. She has not been schooled on grass but that did not worry her at all.
To keep her calm we did not canter any jumps in the warm up - did everything from trot. We had 4 faults in the first class and 12 in the second one. The second one was a bit bigger, I did not ride her so well and she was getting tired.
I am completely thrilled with her. She is only 5, has not done much and quite spooky jumping at home so this was an excellent result for first time out. My trainer said he has never known a horse be more relaxed at a show than at home!
As you can see it was a beautiful day too so a great start to her jumping campaign.
Also note that I have turned into an eventer - no bling, no martingale and a cavesson noseband
CC welcome but please be kind as she is a baby so not easy to sit to. I can see/feel I get a bit ahead of her at times.
Swiss choccies if you are still awake.
