Youngster with cow hocks

Hi,

I have just seen a 4yr old that if it hadn't had cow hocks and 'duck feet' behind I would have bought on the spot. Huge potential and fantastic confirmation except......

I'm looking for something to event.

What would you do??????

If it is cow hocked it does not have fantastic conformation in one of the most significant areas, an event horse will require the best engine possible to do it's job and remain sound, I would look elsewhere.

A lot would depend on whether it was still growing and in poor condition as that can make a huge difference but it's not something I would 'want' in a competition horse.
