Your dream stables?

What would you dream stables be like?
mine would be/have:

*Stalls with outside pen (so they can come in and out as they please)
*30 acres+
* Sand gallop going around the whole property
*Indoor arena
*Mini cross country course
* jumping paddock
* and some small trails going around the property too.
I would have room for 4 horses. Yard would be fenced and locked with parking for trailer.
*Heated tack room
* separate feed room
*barn for hay/straw/jumps etc..
* A built in hay soaker in each stable. (The stables would be XXL).
And i would also have a big barn in huge field for the horses to come in and out.
* a Lake so i can ride the horses in it when it's hot.

That would be so cool to have all that!
What would your dream stables be like?

I think i'd be quite happy with about 300 acres on perfect ground (not clay!), so i could run an event there as well as having:
huge american barn with external doors and concrete wandering pens outside stables too, all stables 15x15m, solarium, seawalker, swimming pool for horses, uphill gallops, loads of perfectly-fenced fields with shelter in each, 20x60 arena and 100x100 jumping arena, heated rug room, heated tack room, lounge, showers, covered horsebox parking, storage barn for bedding and hay, big feed room, full set of Jump4Joy jumps, 5 full xc courses + small xc training-jumps area.
nice little house for me and a few spares dotted about for my trainer, my mates, my family, and the team of grooms and groundsmen i'd need to keep the place immaculate!
that would be a nice start. not at all greedy, am I?!

I got PP through 3 years ago for a wooden block of 3 & 12 x 14 & a 20 x 60 school @ the moment they are my dream stables because they still aren't up!

Having said that when my boy was on box rest for 4 months I took him to the farm were he a had a 15 x 22 part of an 18th century barn with Kent peg tiles, its a lot like some thing out of "The Darling Buds of May". I would love to do some thing with that farm yard.

I am a jammy gxx, I have my dream stables, finally, took some years of dreaming!

Five large stables within an insulated american barn, with window in every box as well as two at top end of walk through. (I have another american barn with room for 10 more)

20 x 40m sand school with sea view, lit in winter and speakers on for cd system and complete set of safety jumps!

66 acres, including, mountain, green flat land, and 3 private beaches.

Tack room with a seperate break room with sofas, coffee machine and pc with internet, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge.

Huge barn to store trailer and all my hay and Welsh A's cart.

Massey F to help with land work and all equipment to make hay or haylage.

Best bit my house looks onto to it all with a sea view.

Just a post to say it can happen, after many years of waiting it happened for me...

ahh my dream stables would consist of;
*Large 15x15 rubber matted stables with rubber kick boards
*Deascent sized automatic waterers in stables and fields
*outdoor yard that is covered by a large overhang
*Solarium and wash bay with warm water
*toilets,shower
*feed room and heated tack / rug room
*25 x 60 rubber arena (indoor)
*100 x 100 jumping arena (outdoor) with rubber surface WITH COVER
*Floodlights and sound system in both arenas
*Full set of showjumps
*High Fenced post and rail paddocks with field shelters
*Horse walker (undercover)
*Deascent off road riding and gallops
And what yard would be complete without A POOVER

My daughter went to try a horse with a friend at the stables that are mentioned on page 12 in last weeks H & H [ Lillingstone Equest. centre Buckingham] and said they would be her dream stables
