Hey was wondering when looking for potential dressage youngsters, what breeding do you tend to look for that give offspring with excellent temperments as well as potential?
I would love a Gribaldi horse but cant afford one.Everyone I have seen has been talented.
Having worked and trained with a couple of his offspring, I would say Jazz. I have one of his offspring at the moment competing AM, working PSG, and he's to die for. Tricky as hell and has taken a long time to come right following a bad start, but he blows me away. I'd do anything for a Jazz foal![]()
Saratoga, a friend of mine has a Jazz filly for sale, dam line is fab (by Florencio out of a full sister to Krack C!)
Interesting as my sister is looking for a stallion for her mare. We thought about Gribaldi lines but heard they can be tricky.
A friend of mine has a Krack C mare who is beautiful but again tricky.
Will look into some of the other one's mentioned though as food for thought.
Are you looking to buy Rowy? Take me with you when you go and look![]()
Oh yes just remembered my friend in Australia owns Skywalker, now he's a beautiful stallion![]()
Interesting what some have written. I'm no expert but personally, as an amateur, I wouldn't touch Jazz or Krack C offspring. Although talented they are extremely difficult!!!
My favourite is Negro without a doubt.
