Your Horse Live - tickets not turned up

:confuse: i got mine the other day...ordered them on monday recieved them tuesday! sorry no help really...do they have a contact number on the website that u can ring to see where they are!

ETA...just remembered last year i forgot to take my tickets with me!! It was fine though as they have alist on the gate so you could just say u have bought them and they just check your name against the name on the list and let u in :D hey presto...start shopping til u drop!!! :D

Ordered mine on Thursday last week, tickets arrived on Friday. If you ordered yours from The Ticket Factory I would phone them - the customer services number is 0121 780 3127.

they were mine. :rolleyes:

I ordered mine and got them two days later, i'd chase them up if they post out tonight, you might have them in time, if not as long as you have the ref number you got when you paid for them, you shouldn't have an issue.
 
yep have confo email - have called the ticketline and quite a lot of people have not recieved their tix! so they are going to have them at the box office for me to collect with ID and conformation number.

phew!
