the ticket factory accepts the EQ21 code but doesnt enable the actual discount yet, or at least it doesnt when I try.

Hi Emma…

If you book your ticket in advance then you are already saving money- also if there are 10 or more people looking to come as a group then we have a discounted rate of £14.50 per person instead of £16.50
