Your horsey dreams

I am currently watching The Hobbit. I have realised my horsey dream is to own 13 shetland ponies called Thorin, Fili, Kili, Bifur, Bofur, Bombur, Oin, Gloin, Ori, Nori, Dori, Dwalin, Balin. Then I'd get a mini Shetland and call him Bilbo. I would also have a big grey horse (who greys out in time) and he would be called Gandalf. Maybe a palomino called Thranduil too.


Horses and Tolkien should never mix...

careful what you dream for ...

I used to be stabled in a village where there was a livery yard owner that dreamed that a dashing knight in shining armour would arrive on a stunning spanish stallion to rescue her ... but that he would then naff off and leave her the horse - she wrote this as her entry in a competition and won - they brought her the stallion! To this day I believe that she still owns him

My dreams involve me and my horse going to the Olympics.

Whether that happens or not, only time and hard work will tell...
