Your Views?

Me and my partner are very into photography and have been thinking for a while now about going into buisiness taking pics at shows etc.

have any of you done this and if so what are you views? (all welcome)

Most of the major venues already have photographers attending them. You may do better at local unaffiliated shows, infact I believe you may even get more trade. You would need power sourse, computer & quality printer to show the photos off & to print & mount the photos there and then. These days everyone wants things immediately & don't want to wait for pictures to arrive by post....Good Luck

You could also go out to yards and take photos of peeps with their ponies at home. I saw this on an advert somewhere on the internet. They were charging £100 for taking pics and you only got 2 pics out of that then you had to buy the rest of the pics on top. I thought it was a bit expensive but it seemed popular looking at the website.

Thanks, I had thought of doing that but didnt think there was much call for it.

Would have to start locat, i have one of the first real time imaging pics when they were just a van at local shows *dreams*
