The DDR ceased to exist over 30 years ago 🙃

I do remember talking to a judge years ago who said when the wall came down, breeders could no longer sell their 'shit' as border patrol dogs.

Many years ago, I began my GSD's puppy training at the local Good Citizens Scheme. We went for the whole three-level course, which was independently evaluated by external examiners. It was really good, inexpensive, non-judgemental and people could sign up for all the courses, or just one. If you missed a week, you were allowed to catch up during the following week. If you missed two consecutive sessions then you had to start again.
It was a really sensible thing. Jota, the GSD did the whole series from Bronze, through to Silver and finally Gold. I've still got her rosettes on my dogs/horses rosettes/trophy Wall.

Some of the videos are dated 2019, I wonder what is going on.
Cropped ears and prong collars would have me turning my back on this training centre/provider.
I just googled Hero to Zero and that outfit came up. I know nothing about them.

I actually have seen this crowd pop up on Facebook before, because someone I know who has competed at FCIs/was a licenced A-grade decoy was constantly commenting things like 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING?/WTAF!/WHYYYYY?' etc etc.

Hopefully it isn't what the OP is talking about though 😬
