My fabulous OH is taking me to see Zingaro Equestrian Theatre at Saddler's Wells (appropriate venue name, no?). It was a lovely surprise for Valentines. I know he googled a bit to check that they didn't have a bad reputation for welfare or anything but I don't really know much else about it. It seems to be a mixture of (very) modern ballet and dressage/classical training.

Has anyone seen them? Anything to look out for in particular?

Looks very interesting!

Hello!
Lucky you!
I'm from France originally and have seen quite a few of their equestrian theatre on TV when I was still in France (I'm in the UK since 2006)
I really enjoyed them and as you say it's a mixture of ballet and dressage, although I'm sure seeing it in real must be a lot better!
A very good friend of mine in France went to see some of them (ages ago!) and loved it, especially the ones called Loungta and Chimere.
You can probably find some videos on internet!

Enjoy!:-)
