Just wanted to share that I bought some doggy overalls for both my dogs, unfortunately the little dog's overall didn't fit very well so I asked if I could send back and exchange for a normal waterproof jacket without legs. They said no need to send back, I should donate to a charity and they will refund the money too 
thought that was very nice of them, ok it was not an expensive item but it makes a nice change as I've had so many problems with other suppliers and trying to send faulty items back recently I started to lose faith in humanity I think!
Also while I'm here, and so as not to be biased, I bought equafleece from canine concepts and it arrived within 24hrs! Very impressed with the equafleece too
