Not breeches but I have shires wessex jodhpurs in a 24", im usually a size 6 and they're a little baggy at the bottom but can't tell with boots on. Also have decathlon jodhpurs in kids age 12 which must come up big, they do breeches too so might be worth looking at decathlon?
I've heard good things about Beech Tree farm, in marksbury. They have a good sized outdoor arena with jumps and I think charge £35 a week for DIY but may be wrong, have only heard about it from friends but would be worth ringing them x
My friend did it for AQA last year, not 100% sure but fairly sure she did have to jump a course of jumps, I think there was a certain number you had to do but height didn't matter. It will def be on the website though

What do you do about cleaning and re-waterproofing yard boots (country boots type ones not rubber)? I have dublin pinnacles, made of a suede stuff on the foot. I have some normal leather waterproofing spray which I use on my jodhpur boots, will this work?
Oh one more cheap thing I like - I got a ski jacket just for riding and mucking out in from lidl's ski week last winter and it's far warmer and more waterproof than my old ariat coat.
Decathlon (Fouganza is their horsey brand)
I have 2 pairs of everyday jods from there and they're the comfiest and warmest ones I have, and I've had them for over 3 years! One pair got a tiny hole in the knee but only needed a stitch to mend it. They only cost me £10 each, but from the kids...
I think loaning would be a good idea, just have a written agreement (signed by you and loaner) saying that the loaner cannot jump your horse. Or you could assess the loaner to see if you think they are capable enough to jump, and if they do jump just make sure the loan agreement states that you...
