I have in the past, twice, and both times been thrown off and severely hurt. So now I would never, I can easily say I have learnt my lesson!!

I have Charles Owen one. I can't remember which one to be exact but I think it cost just under £100. I've had it for about 5 years now but be warned that the leather strap starts to discolour from sweat etc etc but overall I love it !!

I'm so glad someone else is having the same problem!! I usually ride in a gag and she is very hard in the mouth but I'm trying to teach myself to use a snaffle and the rest of my body rather than rely on a stronger bit to do the work !
