Im 2 1/2 months past ACL surgery and still struggling a bit. Ive been told can ride at 3 months but can't quite imagine it as still in some pain, some swelling despite weekly physio. Any advice when right time to return as getting quite depressed that can't ride and have gone back to work now.

Im currently using a Neue Schule tranz angled lozenge universal successfully but want to start competing at dressage so I would like any recommendations for similar dressage legal bit please. I was thinking a hanging cheek tranz ??
