what do you love and hate?

Love - The buzz! The butterflies on the way there, the atmosphere when you get there and that amazing feeling of walking back to the lorry after a brilliant xc round. - I also love being in the same sections as the big names. The year i got a better dressage than Pippa Funnel at south of...

    Tweseldown Ballot

I thought the rules were multiple riders went first? I can't remember the complete order although i'm surprised to hear super stickers got balloted!! I'm on the ballot list but i didn't even use my march sticker so not surprising. Will be using my sticker for Munstead!

How long for post BE ballot refund?

Apologies for coming on with a question when i've not been on for ages. However, having been balloted from Tweseldown today i'm wondering how long the refund will take? Be nice if it was fairly prompt so i can enter Munstead without further bashing my poor credit card :-)

    BE Entry/Start Fee Disparity

It's the same down here. I'm looking at 100 prices rather than Novice but again there is a big difference. Tweseldown is £70.96 entry and a £15 start fee. Munstead £59.14 and £15 start fee again. £10 might not seem like a big difference but in old money thats a start fee, or half the diesel...

    Loan horses being sold on

My immediate thought was actually a small claims action. But i have no idea how quickly that will/could escalate further and end up costing a lot. I don't want the horse back, what i want is an acceptance that she was in the wrong, consequences for that for her and the money she got for...

    Loan horses being sold on

I did speak to the new people yes. And am in constant contact with them because they are friends of friends and lovely. I'm happy to know horse is loved and cared for. I don't really want the horse back to be honest but someone should not be allowed to get away with selling on and making money...

    Loan horses being sold on

There is a signed agreement in place. Horse would never have gone without one. I suspect it wouldn't be worthwhile to pursue. Especially as horse is now in a loving and cared for home. It makes me so fuming mad though i can't tell you! It's ridiculous that they should be allowed to get away...

    Loan horses being sold on

I don't want to say much on a public forum but has anyone had any experience of handling/being involved with situations where loan horses have been sold on without permission of the owner? Horse doesn't need to be traced as it was stumbling across them with their new 'owner' at a show that the...

    Loan horses being sold on

Thanks for that. I'll look them up. It's a funny situation as the horse doesn't need tracing. It was stumbling across the horse at a show with a new owner that meant the whole situation became apparent!! They might be able to point me in the right direction. Peculiar the police aren't...
