    Bruising normally comes up quite prominent, mine had bad bruising after he was turned out into a soggy field for a few days and then walked across a rough path to the yard. Warm hoofs is one of the symptoms of laminitis so I would maybe restrict her grazing until you can rule that out?

    I've tried 2 different feeds, his normal feed - Calm and Condition, which is a type of pellets that are soaked in water. Also, happy hoof, which is specific for laminitis prone ponies and is dried grass with horse nuts etc. Neither work!

    Hi, my pony was recently diagnosed with minor laminitis. I was given bute by the vet to put in his feed twice a day, but he's refusing to eat it - presumably because he can taste it. He needs to eat the bute to manage the pain but I can't get him to eat it! It's not because he's not hungry...
