Gorgeous boy, and a very good jumping attitude.
His has an eventer conformation so, I think the best idea is to give him to UncleJr.
You could do a little SJing with him from time to time tough, UncleJr wont mind...
Pirouette: this link is quite clear about the what, the how, and the why: http://www.equestrianandhorse.com/training/dressage-horse-training/pirouette.html
Have your horse fully checked; theres a reason why shes not active with hinds.
Thanks for posting so eloquently Baydale!
My deepest respects and admiration to all competitors, who got there because of hard work, dedication, talent, and from whom I keep learning.
Good, and accurate final comment from meardsall_millie!
Fab report, as usual! Good pictures!
Well done to Jupiter! Both horses looking great! :)
I thought Ralph was taller; he has a nice action!
Im not liking this new forum format, which also seems to be messing with me. So, sorry to be short in answers.
Ditto to bigboyrockys suggestion. You can also add a pole aprox 3m before, and one aprox 3m after the 2nd fence. That will make the horse think and be careful. It works.
Planks are better than poles; less risk of injuries if horse touches them.
Lots of transitions on flatwork: canter walk...
