Really pleased with mine. I use the team up snaffle as it goes down to 12mm thick and gives tongue relief too. My horse is much happier and has gone better in this bit than any other I've tried.

Used them ages ago and they were very very good. Went down when they had just been taken over and not so impressed. Maybe changed now, after transition period.....

No, I think that's acceptable - in fact it's exactly what I did. My instructor now comes over once or twice a month on his days off and the lessons are great.

I need to buy a new girth. Well, actually I just fancy an elasticated one! My current one is 52" from end to end including buckles, but only 47" not including the buckles. I'm having a brain strain - which measurement do I buy? Thanks!

Thanks, that's made me feel a better already about my decision. I know I'll probably have a hooligan on my hands come March (!) but it'll be better than feeling guilty about not riding him often enough.
