i am actually paying someone to ride jay twice during the week for the first time ever. should add that i felt my near 29 year old needed more work!!! going out doing dressage (dropped down to intro at the moment) on saturday. love my boy
the fact that people think you must be a) wealthy and b) live on a farm to own a horse. god if they only saw my bank account they would see the reality of owning a horse. love my boy and all the others i have had over the years - santa, adam, toff, yana, tolly, clippy, tom loved them all and...
all of mine live indoors - there are three of them and they have a lot of space to run round in and space to be on their own if they want. they absolutely love each other. i wouldn't have an outdoor cat - too many cars and people around who don't necessarily have their best interests are heart
we have road plannings and they are amazing. jay only has front shoes and has never ever had any issues with them. he has a large plinth to stand of (i suspect you might see it from space) but works a treat, no more standing in the mud
thank you for your lovely comments, do you know i don't feel like i own him - he is just my boy. he is so special and i am incredibly lucky to have him. he has never been hammered because he has been with me. we have done lots and had great fun. he is still quirky - now loads beautifully - god i...
i thought some of you might like to see my boy jay (phame) out competing today. we only did intro 2 (scored 69.31%) not bad considering he is 28 and will hopefully make 29 on 6th may 2026
thank you. i have had him 19 years - he chose me. he is by poushka III - he has reiki/ physio every week. i ride him every day (roughly 30 mins). we don't do as much work as we used to
i really hope so.. they don't work for all horses but for those they do work for they are a total game changer. jay also has sweet itch (mild) but it has certainly improved that as well.
he has also tolerated being out in the field far longer as well
